ACM@UCO is currently offering Associate of Applied Science degree programs in Music Performance (guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and vocals), Music Production, and Music Business. Beginning in Fall 2011, students who graduate from the ACM@UCO AAS program will be eligible to pursue a Bachelor of Applied Technology with an area of concentration in Contemporary Music. Plans of study will include: Performance, Production, Sound Design, or Music Business for Performers and Producers.

UCO has partnered with Europe’s premiere contemporary music school, the Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) of London, England to create ACM@UCO. Created 12 years ago, the ACM in London serves around 1,400 students each year in 7 programs of study: music performance (guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and vocals), music production, music business, and sound design.

ACM@UCO is focused on providing students an opportunity to learn from, and collaborate with working musicians and music industry professionals. Through our focused programs of study and established music industry connections, ACM@UCO is committed to assisting our talented students make their dreams come true. At the same time, ACM@UCO serves as a resource for the American music industry by preparing tomorrow’s music professionals.
